How to activate and use the Card
BTA Card registration and activation
| • |
The Master Program Administrator (MPA) should log in to My Card Account (MYCA) and register using the Card details. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered email ID.
| • |
Once the Card is registered, it’ll be activated upon consent.
Card tokenization consent
| • |
In line with RBI guidelines on Card-on-file tokenization, the BTA Card must be tokenized before use.
| • |
After activation, the MPA should provide consent by selecting the checkbox and inform the Travel Management Company (TMC) to complete the tokenization process.
Enable online transactions
| • |
After successful online registration, the MPA should enable “Online transactions” under “Transaction security settings”.
Set up access to BTA Corporate User Interface (Corp UI):
| • |
The Master Program Administrator will receive an email with a link to set up credentials.
| • |
The MPA can invite registered key and escalation contacts to create their access.
| • |
The link is valid for three weeks. If it expires, contact corpservicesandbta@aexp.com to request a new link.
| • |
Access is role-based and limited to authorized data.
Please note, once access is set up users can:
